How to Roll Back Windows 10 Anniversary Update?

  1. When your computer boots to Windows 10 sign-in screen, click the Power icon at the bottom left. Hold down the SHIFT key and select Restart from the pop-up menu.

  2. Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options, and then click Go back to the previous build.

  3. Select the Administrator account you used with your PC.

  4. Enter the password for your selected account and click Continue.

  5. Click Go back to previous build and begin restoring your previous build of Windows 10.

  6. Once rolled back you’ll find that Windows 10 Anniversary Update is uninstalled and your computer goes back to what it was before installing the Anniversary Update.
